REGULATION

- The Artist, adhering to the initiative, declares that the works presented are works he has created and that he has every right to publish and / or sell.
- The Artist agrees that the works are inserted in a suitable size for the compilation of the pages of the catalog.
- The Artist agrees that the texts related to the biography can be modified to adapt them to the layout.
- The Artist explicitly consents to the publication of the data provided in the selection request, including sensitive ones (address, telephone, etc.). If he does not like the publication of one or more of these data he must communicate it via e-mail.
- Layout, page setting and selection of images to be included in the catalog are the exclusive responsibility of the Organization.
- The texts must be provided in .doc or pdf. Images must have a resolution of not less than 200 dpi. Otherwise the organization will not be held responsible in the case of poor quality of printed images.
- The Artist is required to check every detail of the draft that will be sent to him and he can ask for 2 free changes to the draft. He will then have to explicitly approve the draft before printing. In case of renunciation of the publication for any reason by the Artist after sending the draft, the advances will not be returned as  they are considered to cover the work performed by the Organization.
- The shipping costs of the catalogs are to be applied to the Artist.
- The Artist declares that the critical texts, legitimately acquired, can be published and have the authorization to extrapolate parts.
- It is reserved the right not to publish works that may cause offense to anyone's sensibility.
- The Catalog and related drafts are protected by Copyright. It is forbidden to publish, copy, or distribute the catalog, its parts or drafts without written consent.
- It is reserved the right not to publish the catalog if a sufficient number of advertisers have not been reached. In this case the paid figures will be fully refunded.
