Bertina Maria Teresa

Maria Teresa Bertina is a painter and a sculptor of French nationality.
She studied art and worked in Paris; She lives now in Roma.
She travelled all around the world and lived for several years in many countries, in Latin America, Asia and Europe.
Her work is inspired by many cultures.
She is recognized as expressionist and symbolist artist, with a great taste of freedom.
She expressed herself with various technics , topics and colors.
Overall a colorist she transmits her vision of the nature, the human being.
Daily themes treated in her painting are at the crossroad of several cultures.
Her sculptures transmit grace, soul, harmony, movement and sometimes invite us to reflexion.
The spontaneity, the truth of the first impression, is what Maria Teresa Bertina is up and restores in her works.
As artist she participates in great causes of the humanity and was Member of collective “Artists in service of Peace” in ONU – Geneva -2010.
