Biography of Vittoriana Rutigliano

Vittoriana was born on 10 Febraury 1971 in Conversano, a town in south of Bari.
Her earliest professional experiences, after the Fine Arts Academy’s graduation got in 1996, are addressed toward the fabric and textile design and the architectural and pictorial restoration.
Subsequently she turns her interest to scenography and the world of theater, by collaborating to the making of “tromp-l’oeil”.
After some years she restarts her academical studies deepening the engraving crafts. She got her final degree in 2009 with a Thesis on …Moda Futurista ………..
In the meanwhile she integrates her artistic training by studing solfeggio and piano, by addressing to score-writing and how to translate it into new visual-aesthetic realities, by devoting to reworking classic musical texts, for a music not only to be listened, but also to be watched.
Her collaborations and presences have been various and manifold, whether in solo or art group-exhibitions.

Among the few visual artists to move from pop art, neo-dada and abstract decorative Vittoriana Rutigliano did not fail to put his art in the other great passion, music.

The name of a great musician, a famous excerpt from pentagrams or his own creation, compose a tribute to tradition, revisited but with irony and slight cockiness, with the 'joy of the game, including colored notes and true color.
In the graphic art and collages in particular arise here is his true nature, unable to choose between image and sound, because they simply love both.
These works are an expression of a modern sensibility and contemporary, made ??to interest and intrigue others.
