Biography of Umberto Romano
Umberto Romano, 57, is a national Mediterranean restless, traveling between the countries of North Africa, with the belief that cultural exchanges take full advantage, knowing that the culture should be the means to mend and heal old wounds cracks are almost impossible to fill, for too long remained indifferent to all. Writer, painter, reporter and Calabria, with a heightened sensitivity to issues involving people without land. Described as "the poète de la Mediterranée", by Najette Kacem "La Presse" of Tunis, after the publication of "Back To The Wall" (1993), Umberto Romano is a versatile writer who has also recently expressed his artistic vein . For many years now devotes most of his work to the knowledge of the history and events of the Saharawi people, which has devoted several books, essays and articles published in national and international.
